Velvet Morning Farms is rooted in the Etowah valley along the French Broad River, 25 miles south of Asheville, North Carolina. Our crew cultivates 12-acres of bottomland, growing a variety of annual vegetables with a focus on brassicas, tomatoes, storage crops, and year-round baby greens production. Our growing practices respect the earth by incorporating ecological growing methods, while focusing on diverse, unique, and tasty varieties.

We distribute fresh produce through wholesale and retail channels, including directly to consumers. We offer produce weekly, through our farm stand, Asheville City Market, and various local restaurants. Velvet Morning Farms is located 25 miles from Asheville, 12 miles from Brevard, and 10 miles from Hendersonville.
